Without passing judgment, let's see what is out there.The most extreme change that you can make is via cosmetic surgery. In 2003 there were almost 2.1 million surgeries, up 200,000 over the previous year. Liposuction was the most popular followed by breast augmentation, eyelid surgery, rhinoplasty, and face lifts. Only eyelid surgery and rhinoplasty went down while the others had double-digit increases.
